Dry Rashy thing???

Hi everyone :)

My 17month old DD has dry skin on her belly and her back (no where else), but it looks weird...It looks kinda like she has had goosebumps and just the tops of were they are, are dry and rough. She doesn't itch or complain about them. I moisturise them and they go away for about two days.

I have receintly changed fabric softener. Do you think that this could be the problem?

It's starting to drive me nuts, trying to guess what it is?????? :confused:

ds1 had pretty much the same thing as you have explained... i used a number of different creams but nothing seemed to work at all.....
He had this rash up until he was nearly 2.. then it just vanished...:)
i used a honey cream from coles, that seemed to help it a bit..... if you are worried about it, maybe consult a doc.. he might be able to pin point the prob, and reccommend a good cream.. or even ask a chemist, sometimes they will give you something that works wonders... good luck :)

Thanks Jem.. I will probably take her to the doc. It's only just started since we moved.
