View Full Version : How soon after conception can you test positive?
I know that it takes 4-5 days after a missed period to find out through a urine test, but what about a blood test? Does anyone know how soon you can get an accurate blood test result?

My positive bloods were on 13dpo at around 124hcg so maybe a day or 2 before then maybe?
Good luck if your testing!

I tested positive to 4 urine tests (just to make sure ) when I was only 1 day o/due for period. Which for my cycle was 13DPO. Good Luck :goodvibes:
Thanks for the info girls. Although, I'm not quite sure when I ovulate- is there a way of knowing specifically when, without any tests?
Some women can "feel" it as a pain or tugging sensation in the ovary area... but as a general guide, women on a 28 day cycle ovulate about 12-14 days into their cycle. (Measured from the first day of AF).... so if you can remember when af started, count forward 2 weeks, and that should be a good guide as to when you ovulated. :)
