How do you measure your butter/marg?
I just bought a recipe book which has some nice recipes in it but everytime you have to use butter they have the measurements for butter in cup form instead of Grams. I just thought that was really weird cause its hard to measure butter in a cup when your not meant to melt it.

That sounds very annoying. Measuring in grams is definitely the way to go. I can cope if a recipe says a tablespoon of butter as I just cut off what sort of looks like a tablespoon but trying to measure a cup of butter by the look of it is tricky. What an annoing book!
