I made Butter Chicken for dinner tonight, the one that comes in a jar, and for once we actually have leftovers :) The problem is, DH has this thing where he refuses to have the same thing for dinner 2 nights in a row...he complains if I cook the same type of meat 2 nights in a row  Also no one is home all day tomorrow to have it for lunch...
So now I'm wondering if it will freeze ok? Or shall I just throw it out?

thanks guys
He is a fussy beggar...I'll freeze it and save it for one of the nights it's just DS and myself home...DH has just informed me that it's 'repeating on him' so theres one more thing his-royal-fussyness wont eat, ah well, more for DS & I next time :)

I have no idea if it freezes well or not, I don't see why not though.

We had butter chicken for dinner tonight too! :)

You should have no dramas !
We used to do this often as we would get over excited with how much meat we would use LOL of course this was before bubs & having to watch our spending LOL.
Always remember when freezing or refrigerating leftovers its best to do it immediately after cooking so the food doesnt cool too much cause this is when nasties can take hold !
Tell him if he wont eat the same thing 2 nites in a row then he can go elsewhere & i will come for a meal :p

I love butter chicken!
And yep, it freezes well and tastes soooo good the next time as it sort of marinates and goes all buttery good. Oooooh yeah!
