Does anyone have any recipes for polenta?
I have no idea what to do with it:confused:

i've made polenta chips....but i find that i usually make as much as i would normal potato chips but they are rather filling!!! =]

i boil half water half chicken stock and then slowly add the polenta and simmer it for a fair while. then add heaps and heaps and heaps of parmesan.
don't ask me the quantities - i dno't remember!!!

Cook it according to the packet instructions, pour it into a dish to set, and cover with plastic wrap.
When it is set, cut it into squares or wedges (depending on the shape of the dish), and cook under the griller till browned on both sides.
Then serve it with stew or casseroles instead of mash or rice.

I just make it up the way it says on the packet and then eat it with sour cream or with warm milk and sugar. My grandpa used to make that for us for breakfast in the morning and now my DD has it for brekky. :)
I've heard of polenta bread before.

Polenta pizza is good. cook it as per instructions and spread out on a pizza tray. Let it set and top with your fave toppings and cook in oven. Yummo.
