Hi, I am new to this sort of thing, so can anyone point me in the direction of some websites or DVDs (no books please as with two young children I do not get time to read things properly) about this "breathing baby out" and any other exercises to ready for a home waterbirth? Thanks.
Also would be good if you tell me when you got into the water (i.e. when contractions started, just before birthings etc, and any websites that may have that sort of info)
