Can of Pink Salmon--what can I do with it?

You could make salmon patties...yum! I dont have a recipe but i assume a mix of drained salmon, cooked potato, onion, eggs, herbs etc shallow fried in olive oil

You could make a salmon mornay-like you would with tuna-white sauce (butter,flour,milk) cheese, onion, froz veg

salmon pasta-salmon, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, capers bow tie pasta

fish (salmon) pie-mornay sauce+white wine, salmon topped with mashed potato and baked in the oven

sushi or rice paper rolls

Also you could just drain and add to bubs normal vegies

YUM. We do this, add some flour and also roll in flour before cooking.
