MrsMiggins is organising this one...

Anyone want to help her and/or come along?

OK, I have been a bit slack at doing the organising here obviously!!

But I'm on it now!

It will be at the Pioneer Park at Landsborough.

Bring your friends & family along - all welcome!

More details to follow!

haha I just cautiously put my name down for Bris as I didn't know you were organising one MrsM but we'll come along to a Sunny Coast one for sure.

No worries MrsM!

I got told I'm too organised for someone with three kids the other day, as I had DSs 4th birthday already organised.

Have we got a guest list happening here?

We can't have MrsM turning up all by herself!!

I am going to get onto all the regulars. They may have missed the threads.

Hi MrsMiggins:wave:

I'll be there with my four kidlets! I'll see if i can round up some friends to come along too. One mum lives up your way at Mooloolah Valley.
Is Pioneer Park the park with the fence around it? The one across the road from that garage/shelter place?

Do we need to bring a plate of food or something? Let me know if you need a hand with the organising....I'd be happy to help out:yes:

I'll call a few friends and i'll get back to you with the numbers.

That's great!! :D

If you'd like to bring a plate of food along, that'd be great, but not absolutely necessary. Just showing up would be good enough!

Fantastic if you'd like to bring some friends along!

Yes, Pioneer Park is the one with all the really good play equipment on the road to Landsborough (just off Steve Irwin Way).

Thanks for the PM Mrs Miggins (although I thought I was receiving an infraction - who knew that even when your inbox is full a mod can still PM you :laughing: ).
Will try to bring the tribe down but we are moving in June so I'll have to play it by ear a bit :flowerz:

Oooh I didn't know we had that kind of power!!

I think I may have to start giving out infractions for not coming to meets!!

Totally understand about moving house - have done that myself far too many times to count. I don't envy you!!

Hi MrsMiggins:wave:

How many people have we got coming to the morning tea now?

My friend from Mooloolah will be coming along with her 3 boys too.

We're all looking forward to it:smiliedance:

Hi

Is the morning tea still going ahead tomorrow? The weather is not looking too good.

I won't be able to make it tomorrow if it is going ahead:no: Zander woke up this morning covered in a fine rash. I took him to the doc and he said that its a viral thing, so probably not a great idea to have him around other kids.

Let me know if it is going to be postponed and maybe we can come along.

Hi mummytoandy!

Welcome to bubhub!!

We do in fact have a lot of meets around the Sunny Coast, athough it has been a little quiet on the forums of late.

I will get onto organising something very soon. Make sure you keep an eye out in the Sunny Coasters section!

What area of the Coast are you from? There are regular hubbers all up & down the Coast! :)

I'm at Alex at the mo' but it may be a short term stay. DH is on contract at Nambour Hospital until October at this stage, but we are hoping to have it extended until mid 09, or even better, permanently :fingerscrossed:! We are originally from Brissie.

I'm very keen to make some new friends for myself, but especially for DS, as he's missing having his cousin 5 minutes away. He's 20 months, and a total monkey !
