So what are some easy things that we can make?

Sausage rolls are always easy
We made them at ds kinder the other day, all the kids had a peice of pastry each :)

We also made these vegie things they were a slice of bread pushed into a muffin tin, trimmed, then an egg mixed with a variety of vegies (capsicum, carrot, potato onion mushrooms etc) and topped with cheese! Cook till golden brown

Muffins, umm cookies...how messy you wanna get? LOL

Bella I'm not really worried about the mess more about the kidlets safety

I love the idea of the sausage rolls and egg basket

Cool, we found these pretty safe to make as we spent time pre cutting everything so it was just a case of mixing, although they did use egg rings to cut the bread to size.

As for safety LOL i am not too sure if they were safe to eat after all that extra help LOL but apart from the cooking factor which we did when they were outside playing, it was pretty safe :) Good luck

cupcakes. You can make those... (I have an absolutely delcious dairy, nut and egg free recipe if you'd like a copy)

Or icecream

OR cream filled things, like pastry cups... you can buy the cups, then the kids can have turns whipping the cream with an egg beater.

Or BUTTER... cream and salt.... and then the kids can beat it up themselves and make sandwhiches using their own butter.

or mini pizzas... they can put all their own toppings on and have them for lunch.

Please don't make sweet things.

My SS was forever missing out because he cant have sugary foods, every birthday and cooking day. Its just not fair.

Popcorn is usually a big hit...

I'm going to make up a list and see that the teachers think will be OK as we have a few kidlets that have allergies.
