Polenta

ok so i bought some yesterday cuz it was only 59c, but i've never used it before and wouldnt have a clue how to cook something nice with it/serve it

would be most appreciative of some yummy meal ideas using polenta. i've looked on taste website, but would love to know your fave recipes and suggestions

We like polenta pizzas here. You cook the polenta as directed, spread it out on a pizza tray and let it set a bit. Add your fave toppings and cook like a normal pizza. Yummo. We also like stews and things like that served with polenta. My fave is a bacon and sausage casserole served with polenta.
