I need ideas on what to give my 3 yr old for snacks and b/fast and lunch. Basically iv run out of ideas for tea he will eat a good size plate of veg and meat, spag bol and pasta tea is fine but we need ideas for b/fast and luch he loves porridge and yoghurts( he will eat a 6 pack in 1 day if i let him) and honey sangas for lunch but we need something different. I dont really want him eating bread all day either he will eat multigrain bread if its not too grainy iykwim. he is constantly asking for something else throughout the day, i think that may also be due to bordem(sp?)
He is @ 20kilo but by al means is not fat he is quite tall and slim. He will usually eat alot of fruit wich is good.

Hope that all makes sense,
so ideas please.

I find SAO crackers are handy, either plain or with a spread or topping.
If he eats fruit and veg thats great. My dd1 went through the same thing at about the same age, she loves fruit and veg so I just changed the way it looked! Started doing a round piece of orange with cut strawberries circling it to represent the sun. Turned carrotts brocolli and peas into a car driving past trees. Whatever grabs your sons interest. He's still eating healthy, and gets something new on his plate everyday. Even if it only looks new.
If he likes pasta you might also try ravioli. If your brave enough to make your own you can stuff it with whatever you like. I haven't tried this yet but am hoping to get the gumption to do it soon.
Good luck.

If he is asking for more during the day, maybe try uping his protien?

- scrambled or boiled egg
- baked beans or tinned spagetti, try jaffles?
- rice salad
- fruit or vegetable muffins
- omlettes
- quiche or zuchinni slice
- savoury pancakes (fill and roll with veges, cheese sauce, ham, chicken, left overs etc)
