FINALLY - some people from Cairns!!! I'm from Cairns originally but have moved to Melbourne, but will be moving back to Cairns next month. Can't wait - I'm extremely homesick.

Hi Priscilla! You'll be glad you're not moving back this week because you can't get through! Cairns is flooded in many places due to Cyclone Monica. I can't believe how much it has rained. It was bucketing down in the past 24 hours and my hubby couldn't get to work (he drives to Port Douglas every day). At least it will be really green and tropical for when you arrive!
