My 4 1/2 month dd has been having a rough couple of days, really fussing on feeds (starts sucking then pulls off screaming - boob or bottle) and not sleeping through as normal. I thought it might be teething (teeth have been shifting for more than a month now) but I have jst found a single blister on the roof of her mouth.

It is in the middle towards the front, just where the palate starts to curve up. It's not where a tooth would be coming through, but her two front teeth have shifted right down again.

Has anyone else had this with their bub? What caused it?

I'm hoping it's tething but am worried it could be hand, foot and mouth. She was in creche thursday last week and has had a red patch on her foot (the one that she puts in her mouth) which I thought was an insect bite.

I've tried bonjella and panadol, but having trouble feeding, finally got her to take some with a sippy cup so I know she won't starve.

Any advice appreciated!
