Stew in the Slowcooker.

Has anybody got a yummy stew recipe I can make in the slowcooker?

Lamb stew?

coat lamb chops/pieces in flour
Pan fry til brown
in bottom of slow cooker put, onion, carrot parsnip turnip, potato, celery..etc...
Browned lamb on top. tip over tin of tomatoes and some water to 2/3 up sides.

cook until lamb is tender. season with salt and pepper and chopped parsley.

Can also add 1 tbsp curry powder.

Thanxs ladies, I ended up making my own recipe coz I wanted to put it up early this morning. It looks very yummy.
