i have a pattern i downloaded that says to use microfleece inner, ripstop for waterproof and polar fleece outer has anyone done this? does it worK well? sorry i should say for a pocket nappy. all of those products are available from spotlight( im not comfortable buying online). im really new to this so any help is much appreciated.
I haven't personally used it, but a well know brand of pockets I believe used that combination with great success.
I havent used it yet, but have heard its fine. I had a look at it at spotlight and it doesnt look as good as Pul but if you're like me and change babies bott very regularly I dont think it would matter.
I am going to try it, when I remember next time I'm in spotlight.

i just use 2 layers of polar fleece for the outer(or blizzard fleece as it is thicker than polar fleece and has some cute patterns too) and then one layer of microfleece for the inner. i find that its easier to do that. i make mine into pockets so i can stuff them according to how long between changes. i find that they will eventually start to wick onto clothes if i leave the nappy on him for too long.
