tippee cups

Do you give your children all their drinks out of the one type of cup or do you use all different types? I have had a problem with Ds only drinking out of the one type of cup for months and then this morning he had a small drink out of a diffrent cup and now I am worried that i I don't stick to one type he just will not drink at all. I am thinking of changing to this new type, as I am worried if I give him the old one again he will not drink out of anytjing else for another year!

I always gave my kids a variety of cups. Usually I would use one for milk, one for water, and they have other water bottles permanently in their backpacks. We tend to use straw cups for milkshakes or juice. DS1 only uses a regular cup now anyway, and DS2 uses one outside only! I think it's good for them to be able to drink out of different cups in case they need a drink at someone's house etc and you forget their cup.

Much the same here. I always tried to get DD used to drinking from lots of different cups so I didn't have to lug hers around with us all the time.
