I tried Banana Bread for the first time the other week and I am now addicted to eat, which probably isnt good as its probably full of fat, calories etc.
But....does anyone have a recipe for Banana Bread?

i did copy & paste from a link .
:chef:
2 cups sugar
3/4 cups butter
2 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/8 cups buttermilk
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 cups bananas, mashed
1 cups pecans, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk, if needed to moisten bread
Cream the butter, add the sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Sift the dry ingredients together. Add alternately with buttermilk. Add vanilla and bananas and nuts. Bake in loaf pans (2 big pans or 4 small loaf pans). Bake at 350 degrees. When the cake is done it will turn loose from side of pans.
