I had DS at 22 and even though he wasn't planned per se and I wasn't financially ready, I wouldn't change it for the world :)

I had DD (Chanel - 3 in July) at 19...

TBH, I think I'm kinda going through an "Over it" period at hte moment.

I've been "Mum" for nearly 3 years now, and then 42 weeks of pregnancy... and I'm kinda wanting to be "Stacey" again.

I'd be happy if I had waited. Very happy.

It wasn't really like I was TTC though... DD was far from planned.

I love her... but I kinda miss me.

I'm managing though... her getting older seems to mean she loves other people too... and me being single means I can kinda be me again... so it's kinda working for now...lol.

ETA - oh, I'm 22 now. lol

Welcome. :) PM me if you would like to chat WHich part of Bris are you in? North or South? I'm 21 was 20 when DS was born on the 11/12/2007 he is 5 months old tomorrow :). Wouldnt change it for the world. DH is 22 and feels the same. DS was planned on my end but not my DH. Shock horror!!! I went off the pill and didnt tell him. I didnt want to trick him I just forgot to tell him. I had endometriosis and went off the pill to see if the cysts had stopped. I didnt think i would fall so I didnt say anything. I think I subconsiously knew that I might fall but if I told DH that I went off the pill he'd suggest condoms and I didnt want to just in case it was possible. HE thanks me for it everyday :) we're so happy and love our life. It wouldn't be as good if it wasnt for him. DH got a fantastic job, we got married, we have a great house and it mended all the probs I had with my family and made us get rid of the rubbish in our lives. Its fantastic.

I turned 21 last month too;) im also from brissie. I have a beautiful 13 month old lil man Hunter who is the light of my life.

I think i would have liked to have waited a little longer so our marriage was focussed more on us for a few yrs and we got to travel etc before bringing someone else into the world :).. but he truly is the love of our lives

Hope to see you around he threads..
