Baby who keeps turning!

I went to the hospital for an Ob appointment last Monday and they found that bub was breech again. Out of 6 hospital visits since 27 weeks baby has been breech on four of these occassions.
At my 35+3 appointment bub was breech again and an appointment was made for me to come in and see about having ECV done. But when I went back in bub was head down.
So on Monday, at 38+3, bub was breech again so I've been booked for an elective section on Tuesday the 13th. But I have another ante natal appointment on Monday and I'm worried in case I go in and bub is head down and they decide to cancel my section!
The reason I'm worried is that bub has been breech more than he/she has been head down and although he/she may turn head down for my appointment on Monday then there's nothing to stop him/her from turning to breech again!
So, basically, what I was wondering was, has anyone been booked for an elective section because baby has been breech only for baby to turn and your section has been cancelled?

im in the same boat... although my dr said when i go in for my c-sect on the 16th, they'll do a quick ultrasound just to make sure bub is still breech, and if bub is head down and engaged (which they doubt seeing bub has to do all this in 6 days) ill be getting induced insted so i can have a vag birth:D

I wonder if they'd go ahead with the section then if bub is head down but not engaged then?
Since I found out bub was breech on Monday he/she's been like that all week. But I woke up this morning and bub had turned and was head down but I'm sure that he/she has turned again and is breech again! That's why I'm worried that they might cancel my section.
