Diarrhea anyone?!?!?

Hi there,

Sorry, I know it's a bit of a yuk topic but just a little concerned. My doctor said the diarrhea I had in my 4th week (from implantation basically) wasn't a sign of morning sickness and I actually had a bug but I'm not convinced as it didn't feel like a tummy bug - I just had the diarrhea, that's all.

Would like to know if anyone else has experienced anything like this before?

I had this on and off while I was pregnant. I didn't worry too much as long as it wasn't all the time. I thought it was kind of a morning sickness thing, like from the hormones. And also sometimes if I ate something that didn't agree with me! :rolleyes:

Ive had it on and off so far too. Last time I think it was slight food poisoning though cause I felt sick and got the diarrhea after eating half a meat pie. Silly me.

I am in my 4th week too and last night i had diarrhea. I am hoping it's just a morning sickness thing. I had nothing like this with DS so i don't know.
I haven't been :barf: at all yet.

I have had that too and I think it has to do with the morning sickness. I never had either with ds. Also when I get af I usually have a day or two where my bowels are all over the place(sorry, tmi!)......bloody hormones!

I wouldn't worry too much. I had this regularly throughout my pregnancy. OB said it isn't as common as constipation in pregnant women but still common. It may have been a virus if a one off occurrence but if recurring it is probably just hormonal. Everything was back to normal after the birth.
