Hello everyone,

I have my son's first Birthday coming up and am undecided as to where I want to host the occasion. I really don't want to have it at home as it involves alot of work, or at a park as it depends on weather permitting.

I live in WA, south of the river. Does anybody know of a suitable venue to host a 1st birthday party?

Thank you for your reply.:flowerz:

with w.a weather lately i would be having it at home. can you get some help with the work load? i am lucky my sisters mates are all willing to help. maybe just have a small gathering with everyone bringing some food so you don't have to cook.
i hope it all goes well for you, i think the first birthday is so special.

I'd be having it at home and use the Keep It Simple method. It's only a first birthday, it doesn't have to be a lot of work.

I think for our daughter's first we just had casserole type dishes and a couple of desserts. You can make stuff ahead or get people to bring some food.

You have lots of parties ahead of you, so don't make it harder than you need to! Bubs won't mind!
