Did any1 get the free coles baby bag yet?

I havent had a chance to go to Coles supermarket yet to get my free coles baby bag, im dying to know whats in it!

I fianlly got to Coles today and it was worth it, i had 2 vouchers to claim and when i did i recieved 2 different bags. I was pleased and couldnt wait 2 see what i got in the bags. It was definately worth the travel, petrol, walk, etc...

Ow you poor thing, maybe try 2 call coles baby direct tell them your situation, lie a little, tell them you went to 3 different coles supermarket, maybe lying will get you a free bag in the post!!!

I ran coles and they sent me my bag as I had been to 2 different coles stores neither had any left. I got it about 4-5 days after I rang up and it was really worth the effort!:yelclap:

I haven't even received the mag!! Updated my details, but nothing yet. Anyone else get the mags while pregnant? I stopped getting everything when DS turned 2....

Seems to be the way this club works. I joined when DS was little, then they stopped sending me mags when he turned 2 so I went online and updated my details coz I was already preg with DD by then but I never received anything. I am just on their site now trying to update my details again (currently preg with #3) so hopefully they send me something this time :fingerscrossed:

You must be a coles baby member first? Log onto the website and sign up or go in store for a appication form. Its too late for the baby bag though cause the magazine has already been sent out to the members, Maybe next year!!!
The magazines really cool though, its got lods of competitions, giveaways via websites, and info

Yeah, I emailed them last week. I'm a member of the site but can't remember my password and the temporary passwords they send me wont work either :no: They emailed me back and said that my problem has been refered to the IT department. Hopefully they can figure it out soon :fingerscrossed:

I emailed coles to ask about the bags because my local coles said they had run out (in the first few days in fact!)

I got this email back...

Dear Jo,
Thank you for your recent email to Coles Baby Club. Your time and effort taken in writing to us is much appreciated.

Wea re sorry about the inconvenience caused by not being able to obtain a sample bag. Unfortunately , here at the Coles Baby Club call centre we have run out of bags as well. Coles is looking at running a similar promotion in November again. We're sorry about the runaround at the supermarkets.

Once again, thank you for your email and we hope that you continue to enjoy being a member of the Coles Baby Club.

That's nicer then the email I got.
Ive deleted it now, but basically it said in about three sentances. The "item" you are inquiring about was of limited supply, and was out of our control.

I was really angry.
our local supermarket that services and area of 45000 people was sent 6 of each age group samle bag... they were gone by lunchtime. I rang the other stores around Hobart the next day...all had received similar numbers and had given them away within hours.

A friend who lives in Melbourne, had the same experience....except her supermarket only received 4!!

They know how many registered members they have in an area... one would think they would be at least aiming to supply 20-40%. It left me feeling like it was a ploy to get me shopping there... as they were advertising other baby good specials last month as well... Though these turned out to be pretty poor as well.

If they do it again I think they should rotate it through different states...so that member in each state get equal chance.

I'm pretty peeved with coles now! I'm sure they know how many people would just love samples??? look at those in store tasting things - there are alwasy heaps of people wanting them!

but I 'spose I'm not as peeved as the poor lady working at my local coles - she was sooo sick of having to explain to so many mums about the lack of bags, poor love
