I've just been reading through these threads and have just wondered as I'm a vax-er...

...What would/are you going to do when/if you go overseas with your kids? Don't you have to have certian needles when going overseas? I'm just wondering...

Just wanted to know... dunno why lol

I'm fine with non-vax-ers....each parents raises their child how they see fit and what works for them :)

I think you will find it depends on where you are going as to whether or not you need needles and then if they are adults they are entitled to make their own decisions

If I were to take my children to a third world country, for instance, then I would look into what the recommendations are in terms of vaccination, dependent on what particular disease may be rampant and where.

It would certainly have to be according to where I was going rather than just 'overseas'.

I'm with the cool chook. If our family decided to take a trip outside of Australia we would consider what the recommendations are, what the area that we will be in would be like etc etc. I wouldnt' write off the decision completely - however I would definitely need to consider the stats very carefully.
