Hey Ladies,
Curried Snags is a fave in our house. I normally use the Masterfoods recipe base but I have decided to have a crack at making sauces myself.
I got a new slow cooker yesterday so I was wanting to make curried snags. What ingredients do you use to make curried sausages? (apart from the obvious....snags)
TIA :D

It is sooo easy you'll be wondering why you ever bothered with the uber-expensive recipe base. What you need is:
1 onion
2 tomatoes (or a tin of tomatoes)
2 cloves garlic
small piece of ginger
1T curry powder
1T vinegar
sausages
Fry the onion, garlic and ginger together until the onion is golden. Add the curry powder and stir fry for about a minute. Add the vinegar and peeled, diced tomatoes. Bring to the boil, add sausages and let it simmer until the sausages are cooked. :chef:

Yep. Any of it can be left out really, except the sausages and curry powder  It might be a bit strange without the tomatoes but the rest is there just to give added bite and flavour
