BH Bakeoff #4- Say Cheese!!!

After all those yummy coconut entries what could possibly top it? Bel's got the answer... Cheese!

The point of this is to have fun in the kitchen. Whether this is your first attempt at baking or you are a champion pastry chef, it doesn't matter. Just go with the flow and share your skills, and creativity, with the rest of the Bubhub :chef: :chef:
To enter post a picture of your entry in the thread. It's that simple!

The Rules

1. You may only enter a maximum of 3 entry/ies.

2. The recipe/theme is to be chosen by the previous winner.

3. The closing date is to be **15th May 2008**, 12am AEST or when we have received 15 entries. A link to the picture must be submitted via a comment to this thread by this time.

4. Voting will be done via poll to determine the winner from **Friday 16th MAYl** and will close **3 DAYS LATER**.

5. Creativity is encouraged providing the entry fits the theme of the bake-off round!!!

but my recipes are just what I have in the house! LOL
So fill bottom of the glass with shredded lettuve and some grated radish. Arrange prawns around outside of glass.
For avocado blend 2 avocado's with 1container of light cottage cheese, juice of a SERIOUSLY juicy lemon, some salt and pepper. Once blended add some finely chopped capsicum, spoon mixture over prawns and add some extra prawns on top. Put the zest of the lemon over each glass.
