West Tweed

Anyone live in west tweed? I am looking at a few houses in there, but have heard some bad stories. Just wondering what those that live there have to say???

My brother used to live there with ExSIL, dodgy dodgy area when they lived there back in 2003/04. They lived just off Kennedy drive.

My brother's had to rush home quite a few times due to drug addicts attempting to break in when EXSil was home. The police were always in the streets arresting people and the fights at night were terrible. They moved within 3 months.

I have only just moved to Coolangatta, and have been looking around for day cares for my son, and there are a couple in West Tweed, and to be honest I didnt even go into them, they didnt look very nice on the outside. The area just doesnt seem to look very clean or anything. I think south Tweed is alot better, have been around there a few times and there are some nice walks and parks and it seems like a nice area..
