Metallic Taste ?

Just a qn for those of you have had this symptom. How long did it last? I am almost 11 wks and am still having it. I think it could be what's making me feel nauseous, as when it's not there I feel ok.

I didn't get this was when I was pg with dd.

I got it with first pregnancy until about 18 weeks, but not with second pregnancy. Its horrible, the only thing I found to get rid of it was to brush my teeth.:eek:

I am just on 9 weeks and I don't get this taste although I have read quite a few people get it.

Can't exactly remember (how quickly we forget!!) but I DO remember that I got it very early on and then it went away and then it came back briefly and was all gone by about...um, can't remember that either sorry. :laughing:

But I am 21 weeks now and its gone completely.

I had it on and off alot with my boys, but not with my DD at all.

I can remember it too...just like Shed tho I cant remember exactly when it went.

I think it stopped happening after 14 weeks....maybe just try brushing your teeth like charlach suggested.

I had that only with this last one...didn't last long but i had excess saliva at the same time, Gosh it was horrid.

Im 11 and a half weeks and I still have the metallic taste too. (Ahhh the joys :rolleyes: ).
I dont remember when it went away with my first. I think it was about 14-15 weeks.
