best cream for cracked/grazed nipples

whats the best cream for cracked/grazed nipples that is safe for baby? and do u wipe the cream off/wash nipple before feeding bubs or not? ive heard bepanthen,pawpaw and lansinoh? what does everyone recommend? feel free to suggest something other than those 3 if u want thanks in advance

lanishoh for me.. my dh bought the big tube and only needed it a couple of times.... well worth it..

EBM and air is great, but when that is impractical (and I had a cracked nipple a few weeks ago and needed to treat it while at work), I use Lansinoh. I also used a disposable nursing pad so that I didn't have problems with the nipple sticking to my bra, making the problem worse when I removed it. The fabric nursing pads would still stick.
