I am in Joondalup and was wondering if anyone knows of any water aerobics etc for pregnant women NOR??

hi mumtobe82, im in joondalup too and i go to the zest gym everyday and they have water arobics classes there pretty much everyday i think, if u tell the instructor your pregnant she will probly make the class suitable for you, and the joondalup arena will probly have them too...if u got zest let me know and we could catch up sometime :smiliedance: ....from sara

im prego too and have researched this earlier in my pregnancy. king eddy does them for free, run at PMH on a thursday arvo but thats a bit far. most gyms and pools run one a week and you have to have a medical cert to be able to go. i reckon the arena will run one, otherwise i know beautty park and terry tyzack do them but both of them are not too close to joon. let me know if you are going to one and ill join you!
