Need Ideas!

Ok so shopping day is tomorrow, and I have no money until then lol. I'm out of ideas for tea tonight and after some help.

So this is what we have:
Rice
Pasta
Stir-fry sauces and pasta sauces
Milk
Eggs
Carrots
Sweet Potato
Pumpkin
Frozen peas and corn

That's it, so if anyone can help me make a meal out of it that would be great!

You could make a fairly simple fried rice...

carrots... peas and corn... even the sweet potato or pumpkin if you wish...?

Vegetable Pasta
Part-boil peas & corn to soften. Grate/chop carrot, cook in pasta sauce with peas & corn. Cook pasta & mix together.

When we're low on food & money we go thru the cupboards & make up our own recipes. They're all individual mixes depending on what's there & generally end up with something that tastes pretty good.

Pumpkin

Try making a pasta with sweet potato and pumpkin and add a creamy pasta sauce. Lightly steam the diced sweet potato and pumpkin so that it's still firm, add to your cooked pasta and stir in a creamy sauce. It should taste delicious and will be quite filling. You can add a few eggs to the sauce for some protein if you like.
