Very proud Mummy!

I am so proud of my little princess! She got out bed in the wee hours of the morning and took herself off to the potty.:smiliedance: (so in the dark she found her potty, took her nappy off and did her business; I just had to get up to put her nappy back on) She has only been day trained for about a month or so this is a great achievement for her. I am investing in a plastic backed mattress protector so we can now start her night training because pretty much every morning her nappy is dry!

CONGRATULATIONS:smiliedance: to your little darling. There must have been lots of kisses and cuddles in your house this morning.

My DS will be 3 in June and I'm still trying with him. Everytime I ask does he want to sit on the big toilet he just says "no thanks maybe tomorrow". Anyway I'm not stressing it will happen when it happens for him.

Thanks ButterflyKisses. We were having the same struggle with the toilet. Then one day she just decided "Ok' I can go to the potty now" ; no more dramas.
There must be a switch in there head that has to go off by itself before we can try anything! Good luck with your TT.

It certainly is a big milestone when they get up in the night and realise they have to go....DD1 did it a couple of weeks ago...i didn't know she was even awake til she came in with her knickers all twisted and needed help! lol
