Why do they stick together

I am so cranky because stir-fries with noodles NEVER work, no matter how many times I try! What's the secret? I normally use rice without a hassle, but really like the noodles and they end up a clumped mess :(

Anyone have any ideas with this? I'm just so angry right now because it's ruined! Now I have to cook something else for tea, and all the rest is going to go to waste :crying:

Do you put them in hot/warm water first to seperate them?

You must stick them in a bowl of hot water first as said above... rinse them and drain - then add to the stirfry.

You can also toss them in a little olive oil after draining to further stop them sticking

1st of all make sure you're using the noodles that don't require soaking/cooking before they're added. I use wakka noodles and never have a problem with them. As I put them in the stir fry i gently pull them apart. I've never had a problem with clumping and have found this brand has no artifiical additives which is a bonus.

Ok thanks :o I don't know many things about cooking lol. I tend to do the same things over and over again haha.

Microwaving them for 30 seconds does the same job and they don't get all waterlogged. (cut a hole in the bag and throw them in)
