Poisonous Plants

Hi all,

We have a plant in our yard called Sheena's Gold - a type of Duranta. I've just found out that the fruit are poisonous, especially for kids - I hadn't heard of this before, so I wasn't sure if this was widely known. This is a very common plant in Brisbane.

Thanks for the info. I hadn't heard this before and my parents have heaps of them.

Do you know if the other Durantas are affected ? Geisha girl etc ?

Yes, from what I read all Duranta's are poisonous for children.
