I hear you, I was also getting what I thought were pulpitation turns out it was just my thyroid function out of wack. The headaches from synarel are ****:(
Good news is as soon as I started puregon I went into lala land, I feel great. OK I am sooo vague and I am sure unbareable happy, the worst I am getting from injections now is some bloating and pains but not to bad.
Hope you feel better, just remember every part of this journey is a necessary hurdle to getting our :bfp: results :)

Hi Pippi,
I don't know if it helped or not, but I drank heaps of water\fluids, and also took gingko biloba, magnesium & a B complex, plus the pregnancy vitamins. I had no headaches, mood swings etc, just had a permanently hot face.
Good luck :goodvibes:

Hi Ladies,
I'm about to start my 6th IVF cycle and the last 3 were antagonist cycles so I wasn't using the synarel.
With this down regulated cycle I have to start the synarel tonight but silly me has forgotten if I have to do two sprays 12 hours apart or just one spray.
I wrote down what the nurse told me but I left it at work!!! Ahhrrrrrr!!!
Thanks!!

Hi there,
I had to do 1 spray 12 hours apart. I did 1 spray at 9am, and then 1 spray at 9pm. Hope this helps.
Goodluck!!

No worries!!
It gets confusing with all the drugs...... :hair:
(I dont think two sprays will matter other than just keeping track how many sprays you have had as each bottle contains enough for 30 days at 2 sprays/day ok.... i.e 60 doses total)
