Hi ladies
Since Ive just gotton some great help here i thought I would ask if anyone knows if a topping with melted white chocolate mixed with thickened cream would last very long in the fridge (eg 3 days) without cracking its for my girls birthday cake this Sunday. PS should I use butter too? At the moment Im thinking of heating the thickened cream in a saucepan taking then adding the chocolate, letting it cool till its spreadable then using it. Also what would taste better Milky Bar chocolate or woolies homebrand chocolate!!!!

I would be waiting until at least the day before to do it. I think the taste of cream in the fridge for a few days tastes yuck.

Really?? Hmmm its just that I have to decorate it as well with a frog and that might take some time. Any one with ideas on what I can use that wouldnt go off so soon?
