Lentil Curry!

Would anyone like to share a good lentil curry recipe????

With winter fast on its way I'd love to give a lentil curry a go!

Okay here goes - I have never made a lentil curry before but have cooked with lentils and made different curries.

Angie's Made up - never tried - might be nice- LENTIL CURRY

2 cups of lentils (cleaned)
Curry powder (amount suited to taste)
2 potatoes cubed
Some pumpkin cubed
peas and or beans
1 onion
tin of squashed tomatoes
oil
stock
cornflour
+ any other veges you want

1) brown onions in oil
2) add curry powder
3) add veges
4) add lentils
5) add tomatoes
5) add stock (maybe 3 cups or until everything is covered)
6) cook until everything is tender
7) add cornflour mixed with a little water to thicken
