Is this possible?
I always check cm to see when I'm ovulating.
On saturday I had fertile cm, (eggwhites) (tonnes of it actually, far more than usual).
Then today (Tuesday) it's back again (not as much as Saturday but a more 'normal' amount).
What's going on??

I can't answer this but was wondering it myself :p
A similar thing has been happening to me.
I have always had regular 28 day cycles, until the last 5 months.
Now it is 21 days and I think I am ovulating twice also.
Is this possible???
Have I suddenly become super fertile?
I worry that my body might be going into early menaporse (sp)? I am only 29 and we have no family history of it either...
Looking forward to the responses :D
PS, sorry for hijacking your thread :o

with this pregnancy, I thought that I had either ovulated twice, or that I had the time of ovulation wrong. It turned out that my 'mix up' of discharge, was the increase of discharge that some experience in early pregnancy. I was right and got my :bfp:
Perhaps this may be what's happening???

Yes, nice to know you're not the only one out there with a cm obsession
Has your cycle length changed also?

last one was 28 days but the two cycles b4 my last pregnancy were 35 days... very unusual for me.

In a simple answer, yes, but only within 24 hours of each other. Once an egg is released, the corpus luteum (the follicle that egg came out of) starts surging hormones to stop any other eggs from releasing that may be near maturity. It does happen rarely (ie, fraternal twins), but not really frequently, and only within a few hours of each other. So, to answer your question, you most likely "geared up" to ovulate and then didnt on Sat, hence the fertile cm again on Tues. OR, like some women, you just got another batch of it...Hope that helps! :)
