Ingrediants - 1 cup self-raising flour 1 cup of grated tasty cheese 1 cup of diced bacon 1 egg 1 cup of milk, small amount of chopped parsley salt and pepper to taste

Method - Preheat moderate oven (180ºC). Combine all ingredients in a large bowl then place into greased small mini muffin tins and cook for about 15 mins or until golden brown.

So easy and not much mess!

Actually, they sound really good... do you think I could add some grated veggies in?

Lol, and I will tell Luka that they are cake!

Did you cook the diced bacon first?

I cant imagine why not LE .. but you would have to be careful .. zucchini and pumpkin etc make things watery .. maybe less milk if you add them ???

(I substitute pumpkin for milk in my fish cakes recipe and they are yummy still :D)

Did you cook the diced bacon first?

Actually I just bought the already diced bacon from the deli. I guess you could substitute and use cut up ham slices instead if you wanted.

lukaelmo - added vegies is a great idea!!
