Just testing the waters here guys, hope you'll give me an honest opinion.
My DD has had sloppy poo (sorry TMI) since Monday. Otherwise she was in perfect health.
Took her to the doctor on Tuesday who said it was nothing, probably teething. Dont do anything different, just maybe offer more fluid to prevent dehydration, and use good nappy cream.
OK no worries....... she started to get better, (poo became more solid, rash gone down)
Sent her to get minded when I went to work on Wednesday, carer VERY unhappy.
Her poo is still mushy, she has a bit of a runny nose.
My gut says there is nothing wrong, she is happy enough today, no earache, snot is clear, no puking, she's eating.
Would you take your child back to the doc (or to another one) when you know all they will say is it's nothing don't stress.
My carer has planted the seed of doubt in my mind, and the implication that I am a slightly **** mum.
I dunno.
