What DPO did you get a positive testing?

I'm 17 DPO and have still not had AF, which is now 4 days late. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. Could I still be pregnant? Has anyone else had a similar experience? I read that it is best to test at least one week after a missed period but couldn't wait. I'm still hoping.

I would surgest going to the drs for a BT.

This will give you a true indication.

i got bfns all the way up til AF was 3 days late...

I just got back from the GP with no joy I couldn't see my doctor so had to see another and she would not do a blood test until I'm a full week late. I now have a long......wait until Thursday. I will have to wait and see and refrain myself from buying more tests

i didnt show up on home test either, i went and got bt 2 days late and it only just showed up...bit of a shame the doc would give u one!! Its terrible to have to wait!

The GP I saw was actually a bit rude and made me feel stupid, she said there was no point doing the BT if the home test was negative.

Still no AF today, its reassuring to hear your positive result did not show up until you had a BT thank you for letting me know. I will go back to my own GP all going well on Thursday.

Goodluck on Thursday....I hate Gp's that treat us like we are stupid...I"m sure if it was them they would be getting the test done..why they make us suffer I will never know.

Have made a mental note then, if i get no AF and want a BT I'll have to say I think I saw a very faint positive on the test!!!!!!

I got BFNs until I was 6 weeks pregnant!! So 2 weeks after my period was late.

I think I am 13 DPO....... not sure if that is too early?

It's all v confusing isnt it... if only I still had my TTC and pregnancy diaries from last time I could look back and see what happened then (cant remember now!)

It was 16DPO with my DS (2 days late).
I am also TTC'ing and last month I had a BT when AF was 2 days late but it was a BFN. So even though it's hard for you it's a good idea to wait until you are at least a week late.

i thot i wood cum on and share my advise..... i conceived on march 13th and i found out i was preg on 4th april which made me 22 dpo i had tried at 18 dpo and it was neg and my af was still 4 days late at that point so i wood defo wait a week after af is due before testin..... good luck guys im due bub #2 on 4th dec:) :yelclap:

Really wow well that does help me stay positive, 20 DPO today and still no AF. I couldn't get into my own GP until Tuesday so I decided to hold off until then to avoid another GP making me feel stupid!

Its going to be a llloooooonnnngg... long weekend but I feel very positive. I have been going to the toilet a lot and waking up throughout the night to go which I never do so hopefully its a good sign : ) fingers crossed XX

Well, still no AF, the back ache started again last night when I went to bed. Even woke up in the night convinced AF would be there but nothing. And this morning still nothing..... even tested again with the first wee of the day but :bfn:

I just wish something would happen one way or another....... :hair:

I got my bfp on 15 dpo i think, but it was so very faint. Then went to the docs and got a negative.
I still had faint ones for another few days after that. So just hold off a bit longer.

i think its all depending on how hi ur hcg levels r???? and depends on how good the test ur usin is that it wil pick up how early u r..... thanks every1 got scan in 2weeks:)

i new i was preg b4 i tested as boobs were agony and peein alot more often especially at night x

Try not too stress!! (Easier said than done :D)

Everyone is very different. I myself showed a BFP 10DPO (Faint) and also early with my first, but I know many people who don't show till their AF is quite late.

But sounds promising!! :thumbsup:
