hi all, was just wondering if anyone had any tips for us as dh and i want to buy our first house this year.:smiliedance:we'll be fine with dh's income and im on maternity leave so if need be i can go back to work a little earlier than planned. but im like :confused: this when it comes to what u need. solicitors , legals real esates, lenders, brokers, local concil, stamp duty, how to get building inspections etc. i have no idea what you need to do. help please!!!!:D we really want to buy ourown home thanks in advance
