Blessed thistle

I have been having issues with my supply so I have just brought blessed thistle was wondering if anyone knew how effective it is at increasing ones supply and how soon would one see a difference if it was actually being effective

Also should I speak to my Gp before taking these ?

Haven't tried blessed thistle but have had great success with fenugreek. With that the effects became transparent after a day or so as I woke up and was thinking of poking my son awake to make him feed :laughing:
