Hi
Congraulations on your new addition to your family. My partner and I have a 3 yr old and e decided to let her decide what she would call us. When she was younger we both answered to what ever she said, and still do. If the wrong person answered she would say something else. Bioloical mother is now mum and partner mumma. Hopes this helps.
Enjoy the ride of motherhood.

I like Mimim too but Amelia has stopped saying it now:(

Mummy and Mimim now and then you could be Mum and Mim when she is older. Sounds cute to me:flowerz:

Many congrats too :hugs:

Our son is ten weeks and we will let him decide what he wants to call us. we both use mummy with him, but i am mum and my partner is mumma. but he might decide on something else all together.

Congratulations

Our bub will be arriving in 3 weeks. I will be mummy and DP who is Jewish will be Ima, which is Hebrew for mother. It works well because it honours her heritage.

Kids will decide as they get older though what they want to call us.

Hi! We're going to do the Mummy and Mama thing. We kind of fell into it accidentally with our dogs and it stuck!

Hey!
And congrads to the both of you!
We have a 2 year old little princess named Khalea and when she was younger rhi (birth mother) was always referred to as Mum or Mummy, and I, Sarah was referred to as Mumma Sar. Now she is older we let her call me whatever she want, somtimes its Mumma Sar, Sar but majority of the time now she calls me mummy.. But basically i answer to anything when i know she is talking or asking me for somthing.
I think let him work out what he wants to call you, its the easiest way.
