Whats going on????

I have a 9wk old exclusively b/f, and for the last couple of days has decided he doesnt wnat to sleep much during the day. Since birth he has put himself in a 4 hrly routine i havent thats just when he woke every 4 hours. He has been fussy a little at the b00b seems he want to feed more often. I am sure he gets a full feed cause he his overflowing back out his mouth after he just keeps drinking, he burps a little so i dont think it is wind. As soon as i put hom down he crys a couple of mins later i let him go a bit as he is not sreaming blue murder, more of a whinge, although i do end up getting him when he starts to get louder.
He did this a couple of weeks ago and after some researching i thought he may have had a bit of reflux. Then he settled down.
So i dont know what is going on,
is it another growth spurt?,
is it reflux?
Is he getting an association with me, where he likes to cuddle?

Help!!! PLS!!!

Also is there anything i can get over the counter at achemist for reflux that is not a prescription?
