Hi,
I am looking at starting our own playgroup and was wondering what is involved with it?
Can you have it anywhere?
What happens about insurance etc?

Um, am after just anything basically about starting up one.
Have you started one and was it easy, how is it running for you?
Do you have like plans for the days etc?

I haven't done it so have no advice but if you go to the Playgroup Association website for your state, it will have all the info you need on setting up a playgroup.

You can either do it formally or informally......like above, check out the playgroup associtaion site for info....this is the more costly way to do it but I assume that under their banner y ou would be covered by insurance. OR, you could just start an informal mothers group.

One has just started here on a Wednesday and I am thinking of checking it out. I got a list of activities they have planned for the next couple of months....I can let you know some of those ideas if you like.
