arg i am sooo frustrated with them...

if we make a mistake we lose our payments...

BUT if they make a mistake...i have to prove to have it rectified!! ARGH...

i reported DP income last fortnight - it was his first pay as we have only just moved here...and the fortnigh before i reported also but that was only like $200 or so as he didn't mwork due to us moving...
well the customer service officer put in the same earnings as last forntight for the forntight previous..so now i have been sent a bill with an over payment :mad: ...i now have to email a copy of DP pay slip to have it rectified...it is there BL00DY mistake....this is the 2nd thing i have had trouble with...centrelink staff need to learn to do their job properly. i am sick of it!

yeh at times they don't help...they just make it harder!!!!

I feel your pain.

I now owe them $2000 from 2004. (they only told me about this 4 weeks ago)

Why? Because I informed them that I was going to New Zealand, by phone and also by a hand written and hand delivered letter...

I ws entitled to 13 weeks full payments, then it should have been reduced to the base rate..
But guess what (suprise) they didnt bloody well reduce my payments did they.

And now - because I have no proof of contacting them - I still have to pay them back for their mistake.

GRR i would be ringing their complaints...that is 4 years ago and they have only just now picked up on it :no:
