Hey Ladies,

Finally got confirmation that DF is definately off to re-enlist and do his basic training again on Tuesday next week. :smiliedance: Not happy about him going away but happy we finally know whats going on since it took us 2 and a half months to get his recruiting officer on the phone!

Just curious to know if anyone remembers how long after your partners finished recruit training you got moved?

Family and friends keep asking me and I have NO idea LOL. As DF was a SWD last time he was a member so it wasnt an issue.

If you're going to be moved at all then your DF will be informed as to his new location after he finishes his training.

Usually you are given 30 days to move. (this has always been the case with us anyway) unless of course you are given a compassionate posting to a certain location then you get a little longer!

no we'll be staying in wagga for a year but im wondering when 'we' as in me and DD get moved to be with him in wagga.

like how soon after he finishes bt?
