Have I made the laundry liquid correctly?

I grated 1 bar of cussons pure soap into about 1.7 litres of water and stired it till disolved. I don't know why but I expected it to look like liquid laundry detergent, but it just looks like mirky water with some bubbles on top so now I'm doubting if I've done it right lol!

Is this right?

As long as the soap has dissolved in the water you'll be okay. The consistency should be soft and slushy so maybe you need to add some more water.

Thank you. I added more water and now its chunky haha. I'll put it through a collender to get them out. :yelclap:

You don't need to strain it. Just give it a bit of a stir when you scoop it out. The lumps will dissolve in the wash
