training pants

hi
just wondering if anyone knows where to buy toilet training pants? (not the huggies pull ups but proper pants that you place a liner into)

ive been looking online but they all seem to be about $20 a pair - thats alot of money to spend if i want to buy pants to last a few days, a couple a day at least.

any ideas?

Do you mean like the terry ones with a waterproof layer in them?

If so K-mart, Target etc sell them and so do BrightBots!;)

i think theyre the ones - were about to start toilet training cuz she is continually taking off her nappy after 1 wee.

i looked in target but didnt see them there - i might have to go back and take a closer look. hope theyre cheap tho - the ones online are sooooooooo expensive!

They are cheap, I just cannot remember how cheap though! lol

I brought some terry ones which were very padded to help soak up little mistakes from Wollies, only about $4 each. I found it better to use these rather than the Huggies pull up's as DS would feel uncomfortable when wet himself.

Big W have some really good ones by the Dymples range. They are nice colours, towelling and have a plastic insert inside to contain the spill a bit. I think they were approximately $7 for a 3 pack. $20 sounds like way too much.

We found some a while ago from Kmart $2.20 each and they were PVC training pants so great for little spills, my only problem was that size 3 didnt fit ds's chubby little legs:o :D

But my local Kmart have been slack in keeping that area stocked and I havent been able to get a larger size in those particular pants so if anyone knows of a brand that stocks pants for chubbier toddlers (the leg part) could you let me know? Ta.

wow $7 for a 3 pack - now thats what im looking for!!!

will go shoppping tomorrow i think and maybe buy some terry ones and some insert ones and see which works betta
