We have been restricitng Brion's diet lately by cutting out all preservatives and additives and it has been the best thing we could have done!!! He is a completely different child :)

HOWEVER the past couple of days he has been a monster, I sat for a bit trying to figure out what on earth he had had that would make him turn again, and I thought a bit more and realised...

FREAKING DEMAZIN!!!!!!! He has a chesty cold so I have been giving it to him for the past couple days, I researched a bit on the net and found it is a side effect for some kids to become hyper from it.

GRRR!!!!!!! All that blooming hard work checking all of the labels and researching additives etc and I didn't think to look at his cold mixture??!!!! Now to wait til the effects wear off......:hair:

:yes: Yep, and even things that make most people drousy can make them hyper. I had to give 2 of my DD's phenergan for really bad travel sickness. The pharmacist warned me it will make them drousy. NOPE! :hair:

Thats the odd thing - phenergen doesnt hype him up. Just Demazin, and food colourings, and preservatieves, and now, Demazin! :laughing:
